We made a massive connected robot for V the National Young Volunteers called The Voicebot and stuck it in the Houses of Parliament. Young people used The Voicebot to tell us what they cared about, and their messages were written out, word by word, in real time, inside the UK Parliament.

The Voicebot was a source of optimism. Instead of sitting around complaining that young people are lazy and apathetic, we developed a tool that made it easier, more powerful and more exciting for them to express their views. Writing a letter to your MP has never been so much fun.
